When will I receive my Spanish transcripts, captions or translations?
Delivery occurs by 9 p.m. local time on the scheduled delivery date for all Spanish orders.
For Spanish transcription, closed captioning and translation, we must receive your file(s) and payment by 12 noon ET. If we receive your file(s) and/or payment after this cut-off time, please add one business day to the delivery time.
Is there a minimum charge?
Our Spanish transcriptionists, captionists and translators are happy to transcribe, caption and translate Spanish recordings of any length. Please note our accounting system bills in five-minute increments with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.
The minimum charge covers our costs for all correspondence and management of your order from start to finish, which involves invoicing your file(s), assigning your file(s) to our Spanish transcriptionists, captionists, translators and editors, transcribing, captioning, translating and editing your file(s) and delivering your completed Spanish file(s).
